2 green plantains , peeled and shredded
2 teaspoons garlic salt

Instructions

1.Heat the canola oil in a small saucepan over high heat.

3.Once the oil is hot, use a spoon to drop small handfuls of the plantain mixture into the oil. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
4.Remove the patties from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess oil.
