PROS

Arabic Fried Macroons are a sweet and crunchy treat that are perfect as a snack or dessert.

They are easy to make and can be stored in an airtight container for several days.

CONS

Additionally, attar sugar syrup is very sweet, so if you are watching your sugar intake, you should enjoy this dessert in moderation.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While Arabic Fried Macroons are not particularly healthy, they do contain some beneficial nutrients.
For example, semolina is a good source of protein and fiber, and can help regulate blood sugar levels.
