1/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
4 tablespoons coarsely chopped cashews
4 tablespoons raisins
Apricot flan in caramel raisin sauce is a luscious dessert that is perfect for a special occasion or dinner party. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

8.Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the custard is set.
9.Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let them cool.
10.Mix the raisins and cashews in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of each ramekin.
