Ingredients

1 1/2 liters milk
1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
2 teaspoons chopped cashews
2 teaspoons chopped plain pistachios
2 teaspoons saffron threads , soaked in 2 tbsps . warm milk or 2 teaspoons warm water
150 g sugar
4 apples , washed
Seb Rabdi is a traditional Indian dessert that combines the goodness of milk and apples. Instructions

1.Peel the apples and grate them.
2.Take a thick bottomed pan, and pour the milk in it. Keep the flame high and let it boil.
3.Once the milk boils lower the flame and keep stirring it till it thickens a little, then add sugar to it and mix well.
4.Add grated apple to the milk, mix it well. Cook it on low flame for around 15 minutes until the mixture thickens.
5.After 15 minutes add chopped pistachios, cashews, saffron, and cardamom powder to the pan.
6.Mix the rabdi very well and turn off the flame.
7.Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
8.Sever it cold and enjoy!
