Apple Flory, a Puff Pastry Tart originating from Scotland, is a delectable dessert that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. The tart's crisp and flaky exterior compliments the warm and gooey filling, made from green apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon zest. While its indulgent nature makes it a special treat rather than a daily delight, the Apple Flory Tart is the perfect way to end your meal on a sweet note.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Apples are high in fiber and various vitamins, including Vitamin C. However, the high sugar content and use of puff pastry make this a treat to indulge in occasionally rather than a regular part of a balanced diet.
