1 lb puff pastry
3 tablespoons marmalade
1/4 cup milk ( for brushing )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
3.In a saucepan, combine the apples, sugar, water, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Cook over medium heat until the apples are tender and the liquid has evaporated. Set aside to cool.
4.Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle.
