Instructions

1.Place rolled oats, sugar, and flour in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

3.In a separate small bowl, combine baking soda and boiling water, then stir to dissolve.

5.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray.
6.Roll mixture spoonfuls into balls, flatten and place them evenly onto baking sheets.
7.Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
