1 packet instant Spanish rice

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes until onion is soft.

3.Stir in instant Spanish rice and 1 1/4 cups of water. Bring mixture to a boil, cover the skillet, and reduce heat to low.
