Ingredients

1 green peppers or 1 red pepper , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 stalk celery , chopped ( optional )
1 tomatoes , chopped
2 cloves garlic , crushed
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 bouillon cube ( use flavor that would compliment meat you are serving )
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1/4 - 1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.In a skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.
2.Add the chopped green pepper, onion, and celery to the skillet.
3.Saute the vegetables for 5-7 minutes or until they are soft and tender.
4.Add in the minced garlic and tomato paste and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5.Stir in the chopped tomato, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, bouillon cube and 1/4 cup water.

7.Add up to another 1/4 cup water if sauce becomes too thick.
