Instructions

.In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tsp of sugar in warm water.
.In a large bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, remaining sugar, salt, and 1 1/2 cups of flour. Stir until well blended.
.Add beaten eggs and yeast mixture to the same bowl. Mix in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
.Transfer dough to a floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, this should take around 5 to 10 minutes.
.Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a floured surface, roughly 15x9 inch in size.
.Spread 4 tbsp of softened butter on the dough’s surface, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
.Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 portions, approximately 1 1/4 inch each. Place rolls into greased baking pan, ensuring they are equally spaced apart.
.Allow rolls to rise in a warm draught-free place. This should take roughly 40 minutes, or until doubled in size.
.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C. Baking should take around 25 – 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
