Ingredients

3 tablespoons cooked japanese-style rice
2 crabsticks
1/2 hard-boiled egg
1 slice cheese
1 sheet nori ( seaweed )
1 teaspoon salt water
1 tablespoon ketchup ( tomato sauce )
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 dash black pepper
1 sheet plastic wrap
mayonnaise ( optional )
wasabi ( optional )

Instructions

1.Mix the saltwater with your fingers into warm Japanese-style rice until it is evenly coated.
2.Cut the crabsticks into small pieces and mix it with ketchup.
3.Cut out the beaks shapes from the sliced cheese.
4.Cut out the feathers shapes from the nori sheet.
5.Form the rice into small oval balls.
6.Using the plastic wrap flatten out one side of the rice ball and place the crabstick on top of the rice.
7.Form the rice into a pear shape and wrap it with the nori feather.
8.Use the extra rice to form the face of the Angry Bird on the opposite side of the beak.
9.Place the sliced cheese beaks on top of the rice bird face.
10.Put mayo into a piping bag and add dot of mayo on top of the rice bird face to form the eyes.
11.Serve the rice bird with the hard-boiled egg and wasabi (optional).
