1 medium onion , chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 cup oats ( or bread Crumbs )
1 teaspoon salt
8 large olives , sliced
1 egg
1/4 cup catsup

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Combine all ingredients, except olives and catsup, in a large bowl.
3.Mix well.

6.Spread catsup over the top.
7.Bake meatloaf for 1 hour or until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 160 degrees F.
