Ingredients

4 lamb chops
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt , to taste
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
300 g onions , chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
4 g green chili peppers , chopped
40 g curry leaves
150 ml tomato puree , fresh
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
20 curry leaves , fried

Instructions

1.In a bowl mix lamb chops, salt, 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
2.Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3.In a large pan, heat 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
4.Fry the marinated lamb chops until brown. Set aside.
5.In the same pan, add chopped onions, 1 tablespoon fresh ginger-garlic paste, and satue until soft.
6.Add chopped green chili peppers, 40g of curry leaves and saute for another minute.
7.Add fresh tomato puree, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder.
8.Let the sauce simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
9.Add fried curry leaves and lamb chops into the pan with the sauce and simmer until fully cooked.
10.Serve hot with rice or bread.
