1 lb pork tenderloin , trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium ripe mangoes , peeled and pitted , cut into 1-inch cubes
8 skewers , soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
