50 g starch ( e.g.cornstarch )
2 teaspoons baking powder
8 tablespoons icing sugar
1 lemon , juice of

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (160ºC fan) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy smooth.
3.Then add eggs and milk, mix it well.
4.Stir in flour, starch and baking powder.
5.Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving 2-inch distance between the cookies.
6.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
7.In a small bowl, mix together icing sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Once the cookies are cooled, spread the glaze over them.
