It's a thick, hearty stew made with meat, tomatoes, and vegetables, and often served at family gatherings or community events. There are many variations of the recipe, but Amelia's Slow Cooker Brunswick Stew is one of the easiest and most flavorful versions you can try. The stew simmers in a slow cooker for hours, allowing the flavors to meld together and create a delicious and comforting meal. This recipe uses a combination of pork ribs and roasted chicken for added depth and richness, and the ketchup, steak sauce, and hot sauce give it a tangy, slightly sweet kick. Serve with some crusty bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
