Ingredients

Instructions

1.Cut turkey breast into small strips and season with salt and pepper
2.In a non-stick large pan, add a little cooking spray over medium-high heat and cook the turkey breast for 5 to 7 minutes or until it gets a brown color. Remove turkey and set it aside
3.Add the stir-fry bell pepper, chopped garlic cloves and sliced mushrooms to the same pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
4.Add the cooked turkey back to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
5.Warm the pita bread for 10 seconds in the microwave
6.In a small bowl, mix non-fat plain yogurt (or sour cream) with the salsa
7.To assemble the fajitas, put some of the turkey and vegetable mix in the center of the pita and spread the yogurt/salsa mixture over the top.
8.Optional: Heat up some canned black beans and serve them on the side or add them to the pita as another layer
