Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse the mushrooms and walnuts until finely chopped.

3.Cut the red pepper and tomato into small pieces and add them to the mixture, pulsing for a few seconds until well combined.
4.Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and form them into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Serve as is, or dehydrate in a dehydrator at 115°F for 4 hours.
