Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, chopped garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and lightly beaten egg. Mix until thoroughly combined.
3.Stir in the chopped mushrooms and finely chopped onion.
4.Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and cheese mixture, filling to the top.
