Instructions

1.Cut steak into 1-inch cubes
2.In a dutch oven or soup pot, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until onion is translucent
3.Add in beef cubes and cook until brown
4.Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, caraway seed, dill seed, Worcestershire sauce and pepper
5.Simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours until beef is tender
6.Mix in sour cream and stir until heated through
7.Serve over hot buttered noodles
