Aloo Tikki is a popular Indian snack that is made from potatoes, bread, and spices. Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them and set aside.

3.In a separate pan, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the peas, tomato, cumin, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, coriander, and mint. Cook until the peas are tender.
4.Take a portion of the potato mixture in your hand and flatten it into a disc. Place a spoonful of the pea-cheese filling in the center, then fold the potato mixture around the filling to form a ball.
5.Repeat with the rest of the mixture and filling to make all the tikkis.
6.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tikkis until golden brown, then serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
