2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons coriander , chopped
1 tablespoon mint , chopped
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oil

Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes over medium heat until fork-tender. Peel and mash them until smooth.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated paneer, peas, onion, ginger chili paste, cumin, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, and chopped coriander and mint until everything is well combined.
3.In another mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.
4.Gradually add enough water to the flour mixture and knead until a smooth and pliable dough is formed.
5.Divide the dough and filling into equal portions.
6.Roll the dough portions into small circles. Take a portion of the filling and place it in the center of the circle.
7.Close the dough from all sides, flatten it, and roll it out gently into a circle of about 1/4 inch thickness.
8.Place the paratha on a hot griddle and cook it over medium heat for a minute or until it starts to puff up. Flip the paratha over and spread some oil on top before cooking for another minute or until it turns golden brown.
9.Repeat the process for the rest of the parathas and serve hot with curd or pickle.
