4 -5 fresh red chilies , chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seed , ground
1/2 teaspoon coriander seed , ground
1/4 teaspoon turmeric , ground
1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( or cayenne pepper )
1 teaspoon salt ( to taste )
black pepper , to taste
1 tablespoon fresh coriander , leaf shredded
