2 large potatoes

1 small onion , finely chopped
1 green chili , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1 bunch fresh coriander , finely chopped
1/2 lemon , juice of
100 g chickpea flour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon salt
110 ml water

Instructions

1.First, boil and mash the potatoes and set aside.
