1 sweet tart crust ( single crust pasta frolla , using lemon zest )
3/4 cup cherry jam or 3/4 cup raspberry jam
3 large eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package almond paste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sliced almonds
confectioners ' sugar , for dusting if desired

Instructions

2.Press the pre-made sweet tart crust into a 9-inch (23cm) tart pan, trimming the edges.

5.Add the almond paste and flour to the egg mixture, mixing until fully combined.
6.Pour the almond filling over the jam layer in the crust.

8.Bake the tart for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
9.Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before serving. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving if desired.
