1 cup organic rice milk
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1 1/4 cups agave nectar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups raisins or 2 cups sultanas
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-hole muffin tin with muffin cases.

3.In a separate bowl, mix together the rice milk, grapeseed oil, agave nectar, applesauce, vanilla extract, raisins/sultanas, and cinnamon.
4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
5.Fill each muffin case about 3/4 full with the batter.
6.Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
