2 cans dark red kidney beans , un-drained
1 can Green Giant Mexicorn , un-drained
29 ounces tomato sauce
29 ounces tomato juice
26 ounces unsalted beef stock
2 cups water
2 teaspoons hot sauce ( to taste )
1 pinch salt and pepper ( to taste )
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped and packed

Instructions
