1/2 lb roast beef , thinly sliced

1 ounce parmesan cheese , shaved with a vegetable peeler
watercress , 1 small bunch , tough stems removed

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and marjoram until well combined.

4.Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of roast beef.
5.Drizzle mayonnaise mixture on top of roast beef.
6.Add shaved parmesan on top of mayonnaise mixture.
7.Finish with watercress on top of parmesan.
8.Add top slice of bread or roll on top of watercress.
9.Heat panini press and grill sandwich until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
