5 -6 potatoes , cooked and lightly mashed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons butter , melted
2 boxes pillsbury ready-made pie crusts ( enough for 2 pies , bottom and top crust )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, mashed potatoes, salt, pepper, allspice, ground cloves, poultry seasoning, thyme, sage, and melted butter.
2.Preheat oven to 375°F.
3.Roll out bottom pie crusts and place in pie plates, trimming the edges.
4.Divide the meat and potato mixture between the two pie crusts.
5.Roll out top pie crusts and place over the meat mixture, trimming the edges and pinching the edges together.
6.Cut a few slits in the top of each pie to vent.
7.Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
