Ingredients

1 kg broad bean , in the pod
1 bunch fresh cilantro , chopped ( coriander )
6 garlic cloves
3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
salt
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
600 ml water

Instructions

1.Wash the broad beans in water and remove them from the pod
2.Crush the garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle to form a paste
3.Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add the garlic paste to it. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add the cayenne, paprika, black pepper and salt to the pot and mix well
5.Add the broad beans to the pot and stir to coat them with the spices
6.Add the water to the pot and bring it to a boil
7.Cover the pot and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes until the beans are cooked
8.Remove the pot from the heat and add the chopped cilantro and vinegar
9.Mix well and serve hot
