Instructions

8.To make the Bouzgene bread, mix the semolina and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually while kneading the dough to form a smooth mixture.
9.Form small balls of dough, and flatten each ball into a round disk.
10.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the dough disks until golden brown.
11.Serve the Bouzgene bread with the roasted pepper sauce as a dip or spread.
