Instructions

1.Finely dice the red onion, garlic cloves, habanero pepper, and anaheim bell peppers. Chop the cilantro.
2.Combine the diced onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro, black pepper, sea salt, habanero pepper sauce, lime juice, and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl.
3.Add the canned diced tomatoes and green chilies (rotel) to the bowl and stir everything together until well combined.
4.Cover and let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
