Ingredients

2 lbs green bananas
3 green plantains
1 lb yautia
1 large white potato
15 ounces evaporated milk
3 tablespoons achiote
1/8 cup vegetables , oil . ( which has been heated with the Achiote until it has reached a red color )
3 tablespoons sofrito sauce
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Peel the green bananas, green plantains, yautia and the white potato.
2.Shred the peeled bananas, plantains, and yautia.

5.Mix everything together until a dough is formed.

8.Cover the filling by folding the dough and close tightly by pressing the edges together.
9.Fry the alcapurrias in hot oil until they are golden brown in color.
