Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
3.Bake crust for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool completely.
4.In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
5.In another bowl, mix together raspberry ice cream and raspberry syrup. Gently fold egg white mixture into the ice cream mixture.
6.Pour ice cream mixture into cooled crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
