4 cups basmati rice

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground dried limes
2 cups water
1 beef stock cube ( Maggi )
1 large onion , finely chopped
14 ounces chopped tomatoes
3 garlic cloves , minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup diced celery

Instructions

4.After a few minutes, add the diced tomatoes, beef stock, chopped onions, minced garlic, tomato paste, and celery. Stir all the ingredients and cook until the tomatoes are tender and all the vegetables have softened.
5.Add the pine nuts and continue cooking for a few more minutes. Then remove the cooked lamb from the pan and set aside.
6.Add the basmati rice to the lamb broth along with water, saffron, cardamoms, cinnamon, allspice, white pepper, and dried limes. Stir everything together, and let it come to a boil.
7.Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
8.Place the cooked lamb on top of the cooked rice before serving.
