4 garlic cloves , pressed
1 lb pork shoulder , trimmed of fat and cut into 1 inch cubes
6 pieces of hot pita bread ( pocketless )
1 large tomatoes , diced
1/2 small red onion , sliced
1/2 small cucumber , peeled and sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber , peeled and shredded

2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

Instructions
