1/4 teaspoon asafoetida powder
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup shredded carrot
salt to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil , divided

Instructions

7.Place the rotis on the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown, adding more oil as needed.
