Ingredients

2 buns ( I use Brownberry sandwich thins with everything )
4 slices corned beef , 1/8-inch thick broken into bite sized pieces
3 tablespoons of sauerkraut with caraway seeds
3 teaspoons thousand island dressing
2 slices of reduced fat swiss cheese
4 sprays butter-flavored cooking spray
Air Fried Healthier Reuben Sandwiches are a healthier version of the classic Reuben sandwich. Instructions

1.Preheat your air-fryer at 375°F
2.Cut buns in half and distribute all ingredients evenly on 2 halves. Make sure to spread the thousand island dressing on all sides of the buns.
3.Place one slice of reduced fat swiss cheese on top of each half bun
4.Place the remaining half buns on top of the cheese slice.
5.Spray 2 sprays of butter-flavored cooking spray on each sandwich
6.Place the sandwiches into the air-fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 375°F or until the cheese melts and the sandwich is crispy.
7.Serve immediately when it's still hot.
