250 g chocolate , chopped
100 g butter
3 tablespoons honey
100 g ground almonds
100 g dried apricots , finely chopped
50 g toasted chopped hazelnuts
200 g amaretti , finelly crushed

Instructions

5.Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
6.Once chilled, unwrap the log and dust it with cocoa powder.
7.Serve in thick slices with coffee.
