Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.

3.Add salt and pepper to taste and stir well. Remove from heat and set aside.

5.In a small bowl, whisk 2 eggs with salt and pepper, and stir into the meat mixture.
6.Spread the mashed potatoes into the baking dish, spreading evenly. Pour the meat mixture on top, spreading evenly.
7.Beat 1 egg and pour over the top of the casserole, spreading evenly.
8.Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
