2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt , divided
2 tablespoons olive oil , plus
2 teaspoons olive oil , divided
1 lb medium shrimp , shelled and deveined
1 -2 clove garlic , minced , according to taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 1/2 lb mesclun or 1/2 lb mixture greens
4 ounces feta cheese , crumbled

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, cilantro, sugar and 1/4 tsp salt; gradually whisk in 2 tbsp olive oil and set aside.
2.Pat shrimp dry; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp salt. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add garlic and pepper flakes; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add shrimp; cook and stir just until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
3.In a large bowl, toss together greens, cheese and shrimp; drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
