Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour

3 tablespoons dry sherry
1 cup black olives

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.On a plate, mix the flour, salt and pepper.

7.Add the butter to the skillet, along with the mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and sherry.
8.Cook for a few minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked through.
9.Pour the mixture over the chicken in the ovenproof dish.
10.Add the artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes and olives.
11.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
12.Serve hot.
