2 lbs apples , peeled , cored , cubed | |
1/4 cup water | |
2 tablespoons white wine | |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1. | In a saucepan, combine apples and water |
2. | Bring to boil and then let simmer for 20 minutes |
3. | Add white wine and sugar, stir to combine |
4. | Remove from heat and let cool |
5. | Blend mixture until smooth |
6. | Serve chilled |
