2 lbs apples , peeled , cored , cubed
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1.In a large pot, combine the cubed apples, water, white wine, and sugar.
2.Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cover.

4.Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
5.Using an immersion blender or food processor, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
