1 tablespoon of fresh mint , chopped
1 tablespoon caraway seed
4 garlic cloves , crushed
250 ml olive oil

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, combine the mixed peppercorns, lemon peel, marjoram or oregano, thyme, mint, and caraway seed to make the seasoning mixture.
