4 teaspoons seasoned salt
4 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
2.In a large roasting pan, combine the salted mixed nuts, mini pretzel twists, goldfish crackers, and sesame snack sticks (if using).
3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm bacon drippings, melted unsalted butter, Worcestershire sauce, monosodium glutamate, liquid smoke flavoring, cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, chili powder, and garlic powder.
4.Pour the seasoning mixture over the snack mix in the roasting pan, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5.Bake the Texas Trash snack mix for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking and browning.
