Instructions

3.In a separate bowl, mix together the kalonji, fenugreek seeds, roasted coriander seed, mustard, garam masala, chili powder, and turmeric.
4.Mix in the ground cumin and anise seeds.
5.Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
