olive oil , to fry pita bread
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried mint

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mash the garlic clove with the sea salt and lemon juice to form a paste.

3.In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and pour in the tahini mixture. Stir to combine.
4.Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the pita bread until crispy. Once cooked, break the bread into small pieces and set aside.
5.In the same pan, melt the butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toast the pine nuts until golden brown. Add paprika, cumin and dried mint and stir until fragrant.
6.To assemble, place the crispy pita pieces in the bottom of a large serving dish. Pour the yogurt mixture over the bread and top with the pine nut mixture. Serve immediately.
