Instructions

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.
2.Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the scallions and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes have softened and released their juices, about 6-8 minutes.
