Ingredients

1 container vanilla ice cream ( or any flavour or s you want )
4 -5 ice cream topping , melted and cooled first ( peppermint crisps , ripe cherries , crunchie or violet crumble honeycomb , jelly babies , maltesers , tur )

Instructions

1.Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for around 10-15 minutes until it's nice and soft.
2.Take a 9X5 inch loaf pan, line and grease it with parchment paper and keep it ready.
3.Spread a layer of the soft ice cream on the bottom of the pan.
4.Top it with a layer of the topping of your choice.
5.Repeat the process of layering with ice cream and toppings, making sure to layer it evenly until the pan is full.
6.Once you have reached the top layer, cover the pan with a layer of cling wrap.
7.Put the pan in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or until it's frozen solid.
8.Once it's frozen, remove the pan from the freezer and run the bottom of the pan under hot water for a minute.
9.Gently release the ice cream log from the pan by pulling on the parchment paper.
10.Slice, serve and enjoy!
